Copic Challenge with Sassy Studio

Hi there! I am sneaking in a quick blog post tonight so that I can participate in Copic color challenge 42. This challenge blog looks like it could be a lot of fun for Copic marker lovers such as myself. This week's challenge was sponsored by Sassy Studio Designs, which is also where you can find this digi image if you would like. Well, I have to make this a super quick post tonight.

Thanks so much for checking in with me today! :)

So Nice I Did It Twice

Hi ladies (and gents if you are out there...lol)! I liked the sketch so much this time around at www.christmasandbirthdaycards.blogspot.com that I used it twice. Isn't this super sexy santa digi image from Sassy Studio Designs fun? So naughty..lol! I paired this image up with sentiment from MFT, and I really like the way it turned out. Did you notice that the dress, hat, and stockings all sparkle? I used some new to me Our Craft Lounge sparkly fluff. I must say...I do like that sparkly fluff stuff! :) I don't really think this picture does the card justice, so I may be back to replace the pic tomorrow...we'll see.

Thanks so much for taking a peek at my blog today!

Sassy Mojo

Hello blog world! Today I am sharing a card that I recently made using a cutie pie digital image from Sassy Studio Designs. I had a really hard time getting a good picture of this card for some reason, so I admitted defeat and decided to just use this one. I guess what I am trying to say is...sorry for the bad pic...lol. The sketch used is from Mojo Monday Challenge 115...what a fun sketch! Thanks for checking out my blog today. :)

Have a sassy day!

Nutty Joy

Hi blog peeps! I hope everybody who celebrated Thanksgiving recently had a wonderful holiday. I had a fab thanksgiving with a few of my fave family members...loved every minute of it. This card features the Nutshells Christmas Angels digi set available at Nutcrafters, and it was created for Nutty Nutshells Challenge #5. Be sure to swing over the Nutshells blog to participate in the challenge and show us what kind of cuteness you can create when a Nutshells image meets ribbon. My time as a guest designer for Nutshells stamps and digi images has come to an end, but I sure had a great time while it lasted. Thanks to Katie and Colette for inviting me to be a part of this awesome company as a guest DT member. Have a great day! :)

Thanks for stopping by!

This Nut's So Thankful for You

Hi blog world! I apologize for my recent blog hiatus. Now I am back and ready to blog...lol. :) As you may have guessed by the overwhelming use of pink on the cards that I make (not to mention all the pink on my blog itself), I find making male themed cards very challenging. This card was made for the Nutty Nutshells Challenge #4 where the challenge was to make a thankful or thank you themed card. I thought it would be a great time to make a card to express my gratitude to the special guy in my life (awww...lol). This little dude's name is Cash, and he is part of the Nutshells line of stamps available at Nutcrafters. There is an awesome giveaway this time around for the winner of the Nutshells challenge featuring stamps from Harriet Hurst of Nutcrafters, so please be sure to participate if you have the opportunity to do so.

While you are at Nutcrafters, be sure to check out the recently released Christmas Angels digi image set. I have some cute samples made with these angels that I will be sharing with you later this week.

Have a day filled with gratitude! :)
